League Leadership Programs

The Junior League's got thousands to offer

Call it The Junior League ripple effect. A century of experience has taught us that strong leaders make strong communities. By training women to be effective collaborators, poised negotiators, and committed volunteers we equip them to go out and serve their communities. Together they weave a network that strengthens the capacity of society to meet the needs of its members.

Individually, Junior Leagues have solidified their commitment to leadership, establishing programs that teach everything from advocacy to governance. Here's a sampling.
